Last 13th September took place the defence of the doctoral thesis of our colleague José Francisco Aldana Martín (Pepe) entitled ‘Automated Recommendation of Multi-Objective Optimization Algorithms Using a Knowledge-Based Approach’, under the supervision of María del Mar Roldán and Antonio J. Nebro Urbaneja.
Both the defence and the subsequent discussion were very interesting and demonstrated the great work done by our colleague, which was rewarded with the International Mention and a grade of Outstanding Cum Laude.
